  • Delivery and Handling expenses are the Buyers obligation unless your order meets free shipping promotion.
  • Shipping & Handling expenses are not refundable. 
  • We deliver all bundles by means of UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
  • Shipping within the US.
  • All orders after business hours , weekends & holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
  • Expected Domestic delivery within 1-4 business days of order.

  • If special delivery instructions are required for your mail carrier ie. Fed Ex and or USPS, Please leave a note during checkout in the area labeled (note or message) do not send your request in a separate email. ( No notes or comments will be acknowledged via telephone or via Email )

  • We are not responsible for damage once carrier has picked up your item from our facility. In the case of lost or damaged product while in transit, we will Put in a claim with the carrier. Once carrier confirms lost or damaged, we will refund or resend your item. 
  • Tracking number will be added to your order information and will be automatically emailed to you once your order is shipped. Tracking also available when you login to your account to check your order status .
  • If you do not receive your item within 10 days please contact us
  • All orders will be marked as shipped and tracking provided when picked up by mail carrier.
